Derek and Marcus were absolutely AMAZING with our move! They disassembled and reassembled furniture, helped figure out the best way to set up our bedroom, lifted heavy furniture (the dining room table is a beast) and did it all without complaint. We moved from the twin cities to about 3 hours north, so I was concerned about price, but it turned out to be extremely reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE DOLLY MOVING!!! Thanks guys!!!

What does a last minute move cost?
The size, distance and access decide it, quoted as one flat figure, the same way as any move. There is no surcharge for booking late, and no hourly clock on the day.
Can you really move me the same day?
Often, yes, depending on the day and the size. We hold some capacity for exactly this, so call as early as you can and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
Do I pay a premium for the short notice?
No. A rushed move is priced the same flat way as a planned one. The whole point is that you are not punished for a closing that fell through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Blue Dolly Moving & Storage operates under USDOT 3928585, MnDOT 384454 and MC 1521934, and we carry full cargo and liability coverage on every move. You are welcome to verify our authority before you book.
Can you pack at short notice too?
Yes. We can send packing crews alongside the movers, or store your things under our storage service if the new place is not ready.
Is a fast move rougher on my things?
No. Same uniformed crew, same floor protection, same care. Booking late changes the timeline, not the standard.
