By using Blue Dolly Moving & Storage services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking your move.

Services

Blue Dolly Moving & Storage provides residential and commercial moving services, packing services, storage solutions, and related services throughout Minnesota and beyond. Service availability may vary by location.

Quotes and Pricing

Our quotes are based on the information you provide about your move. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

The actual inventory differs significantly from the estimate
Access conditions differ from what was described
Additional services are requested on move day

Booking and Cancellation

Reservations require a deposit to secure your moving date. Cancellation policies and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. We recommend canceling at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Liability and Insurance

Blue Dolly Moving & Storage is fully licensed and insured (USDOT: 3928585, MnDOT: 384454, MC: 1521934). Basic valuation protection is included with every move. Additional coverage options are available upon request.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their move
Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
Securing valuables, important documents, and medications
Being present or having a representative present during the move

Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, perishable foods, live plants, pets, or items of extraordinary value without prior arrangement. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
