Standard Pricing & Fees

Travel Time and Trip Fees

• Travel time or trip fees may apply based on distance and service area
• Travel charges may include time or mileage for travel between origin and destination
• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside Blue Dolly's standard service area

Any applicable travel charges will be disclosed prior to service.

Labor-Only Moving (No Truck)

For services that do not include transportation:

• Charges are based on hourly labor only
• Labor Only Travel Charge fees apply unless otherwise disclosed

Packing services are billed at the applicable hourly labor rate. Packing materials are billed separately unless expressly included in writing:

Certain items require additional labor, equipment, or risk and may incur additional charges:

Customers will be notified of any specialty item charges before the item is moved whenever reasonably possible.

Deposits and Payment

• A deposit may be required to reserve services
• Deposits are applied toward the final invoice
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may apply to packing materials or other taxable items as required by law. Taxable items will be listed separately on the invoice, if applicable.
